OUR POLICIES

Before your appointment, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our spa policies regarding cancellations, late arrivals, and guidelines. Understanding these policies helps us provide the best experience for all of our clients. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our team—we’re happy to help!

NEW CLIENTS

 New clients must always have a credit card on file in order to schedule an appointment.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, Care Credit, or cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy for all appointments. Cancellations without a 24-hour notice will incur a $50 fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Clients incurring short-notice cancellation or no-show fees will need to secure future appointments with a 50% deposit.

LATE POLICY

If a guest is 15 minutes late, they may be asked to shorten their service time or reschedule their appointment for another time. A $50 fee will apply.

CHILDREN POLICY

Our patients’ safety is our primary concern. To ensure a successful injection or facial experience, our policy does not permit children in any treatment room.

REFUND POLICY

 At Essence Med Spa, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, please note the following regarding refunds:

 

• Once services are purchased, they are non-refundable. However, unused service values can be applied as a credit toward other services at our spa.


Skin care product sales are final.
All injectable treatment sales are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

TCR APPROVED

 By entering your phone number, you are agreeing to receive text messages from us. Message rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. 

No mobile or email information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

NONADHERENCE TO POLICIES

We reserve the right to require payment in full at the time of booking for any client(s) that repeatedly violate the above policies. In this event, if a client proceeds to no-show or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file. The client will then be dismissed from future services at Essence Med Spa.

CONFIRMATIONS

You will receive a confirmation message and a reminder text before your appointment. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees.
