Acne Hydrafacial

Hydrafacials provide an effective, non-invasive treatment for acne. They are suitable for all skin types and has multiple skin benefits. This includes reducing congestion by detoxifying and eliminating buildup in the pores. Each step of the HydraFacial process is essential for helping clear acne and problems within the skin:

Step one: CLEANSING & EXFOLIATION. Dead skin cells are gently exfoliated to reveal healthy, new skin. Cleansing and the exfoliating process is gentle and can be compared to the feeling of using a facial brush.
Step two: ACNE PEEL- The second step a peel solution formulated to improve acne. This step also helps regulate the oil levels caused by excess sebum while reducing discoloration and evening the skin tone. This peel is incredibly useful in dislodging the stubborn dirt, debris, and sebum that contribute to clogged pores and future breakouts.
Step three: EXTRACTION- The extraction nozzle tip is used to suction out any remaining blackheads and impurities gently. Your aesthetician may decide to do gentle manual extraction as well depending on acne severity and skins’ tolerance.
Step four: HYDRATION- Lastly, a serum composed of antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid is infused into the skin. The application of this medical-grade serum improves skin hydration and improves skin elasticity. By combining hyaluronic acid and the most advanced and powerful antioxidants, peptides, and multi-peptides to replenish the skin, the skin is left hydrated, plumped up, and optimum skin health.

Forever Clear BBL

P. acnes are a naturally occurring bacterium present on the skin, as well as within pores and sebaceous glands, always. When dead skin and sebum become trapped and block the pores, P. aces rapidly multiply, causing follicle damage and inflammation. Once inflammation develops, the degree of acne evolves, forming papules, pustules, nodules, and cysts. The three step laser treatments aim to break this cycle.

First, Skin is treated with BLUE BBL light to eliminate acne-causing bacteria deep in the pores.
Second, Skin is then treated with YELLOW BBL light to reduce inflammation and acne-associated redness.
Lastly, the skin receives a third pass using infra-red light in rapid, gentle pulses to initiate the body’s natural healing process, reduce the appearance of existing scars, and enhance the benefits of the first two steps.

The total time for this treatment is about 15 minutes. Patient will continue to feel warm for 30-60 minutes post treatment. There is no downtime associated with forever clear BBL. In 7-10 days, another treatment should be performed. Most patients require a series of 4 to 6 sessions to start, with quarterly or semi-annual visits after that.

Morpheus8 Acne Treatment

Morpheus8 is a rejuvenation treatment that combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy, which can penetrate the skin at different depths. The deepest being 4 to 5 mm, which is much deeper than traditional treatments.

Morpheus8 is an amazing treatment for acne. The microneedles deliver radiofrequency energy deep into the pore, killing p. acnes bacteria. Not only does it destroy the bacteria that cause acne while ablating the skin tissue, it also shrinks and eventually shuts down the sebaceous (oil) glands. Without oil, p.acnes bacteria cannot survive or multiply. If the bacteria cannot inhabit a pore, inflammation will not occur causing the process that causes acne to stop before it starts.
